By placing an order on Zonelico, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Orders & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept PayPal and major credit cards. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Zonelico reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Air freight delivery takes approximately 7 days; sea freight approximately 14 days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective products will be replaced at no charge. Contact support before returning any item.

Warranty

Zonelico products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover improper application or use in conditions outside stated specifications.
